Phone screen with hiring manager. A quick “build this” technical exercise. Nothing tedious. No follow up after. At least give a thumbs up or down. Feels like it’s more then likely for the best.
Automated template email blast from CEO, no information about salary or role. When asked a few days later, CEO emailed back 10 days later just said they were moving in a different direction. Unprofessional company that should get its act together.
