One thirty-minute phone screening with Talent Acquisitions for basic information and salary expectations. Two one-hour technical/personal interviews, first with team members, then with the manager & director. Everyone was fascinating to talk to and genuinely seemed happy to be there. We've all been in interviews where a manager is looking to check off a box and begrudgingly welcome you aboard. This is not that interview. They seemed much more interested in if I would be fulfilled in this role while also meeting their needs as a team, which ultimately led to my decision.

A recruiter reached out via email to schedule a time. I got all that set up and spoke with the recruiter on the scheduled day. However, the recruiter was clearly not interested in the conversation and wasn't really listening to what I had to say. It felt rushed and dismissed. Despite meeting all the requirements and then some they didn't really have a desire to learn more about my background. All that being said I was later told that they were pursuing other candidates.

Do you have experience using Office 365 Admin Center?
