Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I can see how frustrating and disappointing this experience must have been, especially after the extensive time invested in interview process and the initial discussions about project work.
Not all titles across industry are equal and I acknowledge, when there is a difference of opinion around an individuals title or level of experience, that can be frustrating.
We should have communicated delays and changes to plans to you promptly. I regret that this did not happen but assure you that we are currently reviewing all internal processes and systems to support improved communication.
