The process was good. A well written job spec was provided. I interviewed in-person with the head of HR and C-suite exec in charge of the area. It was a detailed, thorough and friendly first interview to give me a good overview of the business, its plans and needs, and what they needed to achieve them. A second interview was conducted on-line with 4 other key stakeholders - including 2 from the parent company in Dubai. They asked appropriate questions from their POV to assess my experience and abilities. The interview was conversational. Thereafter I stopped by another time to have an informal chat with the hiring manager and got to meet the CEO. Finally I was brough in to meet the broader team I would be working on to ensure a good culture fit on both sides. It feel like a thorough and personal approach and by the tie I accepted the offer I was ready and eager to join. And I have not looked back!
