Technical Evaluation with Ugiomo (Security Compliance Analyst): The second phase consists of a 45-minute interview with Ugiomo, a security compliance analyst at PayFit. This segment is focused on technical assessment and includes a series of questions aimed at evaluating the candidate's technical skills and knowledge related to security compliance. Interview with Ivan (Manager of Security Compliance Team): The final stage of the interview process involves a 30-minute conversation with Ivan, who is the head of the security compliance team. This interview delves deeper into the candidate's qualifications and provides an opportunity to explore their expertise in greater detail.
