First contact was 5 weeks after applying online and I was asked to do a video interview. The procedure was easy but I was a little uncomfortable recording myself and talking into a camera with nobody on the other side. The questions was mainly behavioral and not too difficult. A week later I was contacted for a second interview with the localization manager, as a conference call this time. The interview was more like a conversation where he explained the role in more detail, with a few questions about my expectations and what I thought their expectations was. After this I was contacted the next day and was set up for two more interviews, one with another manager and another with a language manager for another country. Both conversations were very pleasant, with super nice people. This time the questions were more about my professional knowledge.
