First round - Karat interview - 1 hour Recruiter round - 15 mins Second round - A junior SDE - 45 mins I think PayPal is making a joke with the interviews and takes advantage of the job market. I'm not quite sure how are senior SDEs evaluated and rejected from just one junior's feedback. The interview is a coding challenge that iterates on the original problem done in Karat. It was originally scheduled for 45 mins and it ran close to an hour.
