Basic two round start to the interview process. Then all hiring put on hold. Then after 4 months back on again then within a two week span back off, only to be told they’re going in a different direction and going with people their leaders knew better from a past life. Clear miscommunication within the org as they’d reached back out to candidates after 4 months, not vice versa; I’d already written off the opportunity. Overall, mediocre process but gave feedback which is typically not given these days; that is appreciated. Note to recruiting, make sure feedback aligns with the actual conversation had.
