Within a week of applying for the positions a recruiter for the company reached out to schedule a phone interview with her. (That went great!) Then i waited 2 weeks to hear back if I was moving forward. had to do a sales exam. I did indeed move forward and got an interview with the district sales manager a month later. Again interview went really great; talked about moving forward, opportunities, etc... a week later I had a ride along. I spent an entire work day riding with a sales rep and seeing what the day would look like, had lunch with clients, went door-to-door. it was a great day!
I sent my thank you notes to both the sales rep and the manager again. 2 weeks went by and didn't hear anything. the third week I reached out to the recruiter to see where I stand in the interview process. It has been a month since my ride along...and I have received no response. I am excepting that I have been ghosted from this company.
It is truly sad that such a great company cant send a rejection letter to interviewees. This isn't dating. This is someones lively hood here! I truly hope this isn't how you treat your clients.

3 different interviews with 3 different managers. Followed that with a job shadow to allow me to see a day in the field. Then an offer was made and I moved to the location I interviewed for

Had an HR screening, then I had an interview with 2 Managers which went great, and a final round interview with the Senior District Sales Manager. I emailed the Senior Manager to schedule time for the final round but he liked to act like he was all busy and important, after about an hour of no response I sent him another email asking if he had a time in mind and responded within a minute. The Senior Manager had this inflated sense of worth that apparently he's too high up there to bother responding within an hour to an initial email if it's not convenient for him. Following the final interview, I received the standard rejection email and asked for feedback from the Senior Manager on what I could've done better. Never received a response; like I said before, his inflated sense of worth makes him think it's ok to not answer a basic request.
