I received no notice of this and no offer to reschedule the interview. I was instead interviewed by a manager of another department that was not hiring for my position. While I'm sure the person that interviewed me was qualified to do so, I still felt slighted by the fact that I had never met the person that was hiring nor did I ever hear back from them about the position (received an automated email 3 weeks after interview). Interview was very basic with questions on personality and character as well as basic coverage of my skill set.
