It was a 3 phase interview with a math and logic test. We also had an excel exam. Once the exams were done I went to my initial interview with the hiring specialist this was to do a lot of the preliminary questioning. After which I had an interview with TL's who asked me more specific questions about my previous work experience and what I expected from the job. Then I had a final interview with the supervisor of the tax department, here we went over what they were expecting from me and that is when they also offered me the job.
