They in-source their recruiters (not beneficial for them in my opinion) have 3-4 rounds of straight-to-the-point interviews. Did not get the position first time around (applied following year and got it then). They are looking for strategic thinkers who have a successful history, and the root of their questions are to determine whether or not you are tough and a hard worker.
We see you accepted the offer, but didn't give specifics on how the interview experience was negative. In order to improve the interview process we would need details of your experience. Please provide more detail in your review or email careers@paycomonline.com.
