I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about the position. Paycom had a three step interview process; the first was a phone interview, which was conducted by a recruiter. The second was with two team leads in the department, and the final step was with the head of the department. On each step, I was contacted by the recruiter very quickly (1-3 days) about the results of the interview. The recruiter was helpful and was available to answer further questions at any time during the interview process through phone or email. Overall, it was a positive experience.
