The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. We discussed the position and my background. After the initial conversation an interview was arranged with those that would be my supervisors I was notified the next steps would be an answer and another in a week if the answer was positive. I followed up when it approached one week to find out another conversation was being arranged. The conversation was scheduled for the next day, was conversational and went smoothly.
