Colloquio
It started with a recruiter reaching out to me after I sent in an application. The screening was fairly quick and she was mainly looking for a high level overview of me. My next interview was with the hiring manager. She was focused on my sales experience, and how well I got into their culture. Next was an interview with the regional manager, who screened my selling skills. Lastly, I interviewed with others on the team.
Overall, the interviews were well structured, while staying conversational. Be sure to prepare how you align to Paycom’s core values, and show data demonstrating you success in sales.

This company moves extremely quickly when it comes to the interview process. You will first complete a phone screen with their own recruiter, then they will schedule an interview with the hiring manager within the week. If you pass the hiring manager, you will interview the Regional Manager, then will decide whether to hire you within that same week. I did the whole process in 1.5 weeks and got the job at the end of that week. Paycom's sales department is extremely focused on aesthetics so dress business professional, no crazy hair/nails/bright colored suits etc.
