Telephone interview. They asked situational questions like "What would you do if you disagree with a supervisor?" They also discussed the role generally and has some questions about specific experience that I had. They also asked for my expected salary. I gave them a figure, and they said that the amount is probably a little above what the position paid. I did not receive a call back, although that's probably because of the salary issue.
