1 round - Phone screening with recruiter 2nd round - TL and Supervisor interview - Behavioral and about past experience 3rd round - Managers of the department - Behavioral questions

From the beginning, it was straightforward and concise. My recruiter let me know exactly what to expect and followed up with me constantly to ensure things were going smoothly & that I felt good about each interview. This position was 3 steps; phone screening, Zoom meeting with team leads, and a panel interview with a department supervisor & Agile coach. Everyone was friendly, open to discussion, and asked me to elaborate on my answers. They were all open to sharing their experiences with Paycom and talk about what success looks like for them in their roles, as well as what they expect from me in mine. Overall, it was of course nerve wracking, but a great experience!
