2 Interviews with various leaders. About 5 formal questions in the interview and it was very conversational. Really relaxed environment from the start and leaders seemed interested in getting to know me.

There is an initial phone interview with a recruiter. The second interview is with the supervisors, and the third interview is with higher up managers. There is also a website QA test.
