I first received a phone call from the recruiter from Paycom she was very nice and set me up with a interview with the sales manager. The sales manager was very nice as well but I was told that she was a very difficult interviewer and very picky. I was then set up for a to do a phone canvassing the next day where I was expected to make cold calls to business and set up 3 appointments within a 4 hour period. To my surprise I was able to easily set up the 3 appointments and the sales manager immediately called another sales manager for me to speak with via web cam. After that interview that same day I meant with the CEO via web cam. The CEO seemed to like me and I was called the next day and offered the job by the sales manager. The offer was pending until I passed all background screening which required a drug test, credit check, driving record, and criminal background. My driving record had a few speeding violations and a failure to obey traffic lights and I was denied being hired in the end. I have a 300z I can't help it :).
