I applied online and was called back a week or two later. I was asked for an interview right away. I came in and it was a 1 on 1 interview with the manager of the store. He was professional, friendly, down to earth. Asked me the typical interview questions. Then there was a role play and I had to sell him shoes. He told me he'd call me soon. Called back a few days later about my social security number and he had to look into it and see if I had felonies or anything. Told me I got the job.
