The process started strong but became increasingly disorganized around the third interview, when multiple recruiters began reaching out about the same role, mock calls magically turned into another “quick chat,” etc. Expectations for next steps kept shifting, followed by long periods of silence. Firmly believe the hiring process always reflects how a company operates internally. Simply put, if things were this inconsistent before day one, it suggested deeper issues with internal alignment and communication. PS - lots of ex ADP/Paychex managers who have boomeranged around the block but value “loyalty”.

Colloquio
Random zoom call with potential managers that ask basic interview questions. Really try to sell that there is room for growth in the company after a couple of YEARS of grunt work... Seemed like typical out-of-touch corporate company that puts bottom lines before employees. Unprofessional, no response after the interview.

Spoke with a recruiter for a phone screening. A video was sent over to help me get an idea of what the role entails. Then, had a virtual interview with hiring managers.
