There was the first interview which was a phone interview with the recruiter after I expressed interest for the position. Then they sent me a Hackerrank question to complete. A day after, I got the email for the next interview which was 2 x 30 minute interviews— one behavioral then technical. Overall, the people were great to talk to and I enjoyed the experience! They take great pride in their company’s programs and CEO, and you can tell from the way they talk about their passion working with Paylocity.
The interview process went smoothly. The first round was an introductory call. The second round was a technical interview, where they went in-depth through my resume, discussed my projects, and asked questions related to object-oriented programming. The final round was a mix of behavioral and technical questions
About resume, behavioral questions and projects in resume, tested fundamentals of technologies used. Only one round. Had a hacker rank test with sql questions and multiple choice and coding in programming language as well
Extremely fast, efficient process. First round was a call with the recruiter. Next, I had to take a technical assessment. After that, I had the final round interview which included another technical interview along with a behavioral interview.
