Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Paylocity nel mese di nov 2015
Colloquio
I was contacted by an internal recruiter multiple times over the course of a year or so. Timing was not right previously, but eventually worked out. Had numerous conversations, all good, and moved on to next stage of video interviews and a coding challenge. After devoting multiple hours to interviewing, and completing this challenge, I received no word. When I finally followed up, I received a canned response that they moved ahead with another candidate because they had been speaking with that person longer. I could not get any additional feedback about the interviews and development challenge other than the canned response. Having a lot of professional experience, I know there are a lot of bad recruiters out there, and this was another example of that. When a potential candidate devotes a significant amount of time completing various stages of the interview process, the professional expectation is to give at least a sentence or two of feedback, good or bad. It would have taken him no more than 3-5 extra minutes to provide that. From a recruiting perspective, it is in his best interest to understand why a hiring manager would move forward with one candidate versus another. It's a part of understanding your job and meeting expectations moving forward.
I am so sorry to hear about your negative experience. We apologize for the lack of responsiveness and will address. Even if Paylocity doesn't become someone's next career step our goal is always to create a mutually positive experience. Thank you for taking the time to share today and best of luck in your future career initiatives.
