2 rounds of technical interview on the same day one with interviewer and after shortlisting other with the manager after final review of the profile with the HR salary discussion

Short phone interview and then interviews day in the office. This role is intended for English speakers; there is no need to know Hebrew. When I was there, I found out I was the only one of the candidates who knew Hebrew. There were candidates with 15+ years of relevant experience who received an 8K (shekels) offer. It was a fixed offer for all of us. It felt a bit like using people who have already done Aliya.
