Colloquio
The first stage was a group interview( about 10 people). It took about 2-3 hours. But I didn't notice that time. At the beginning we introduced ourselves, then they told us about the company, about the position, we did some break the ice activity and wrote a test.
The atmosphere at the interview was very friendly.
It really was one of the best interviews I've ever had.

Colloquio
The whole interview was about 40mins long, before that you got a written task which was to reply some emails. 2 interviewers conducted the interview afterward. Most of the questions were related to your past experience and personality, so be prepared for that! Before I went to the interview, I've read alot of related news and blogs and YouTube videos, but they did not asked me these things at all. I guess they are picking the person with the right attitude and sadly they didn't see that in me during the interview.

Colloquio
After a couple of emails and a phone interview lasting more than 30 min, I was invited to a group interview/session at their HQ in Petah Tikva, Israel. They bring a bunch of people in a training room where you get to watch a few youtube clips about the company and then the tests started. Fluent English is essential. They will test it via written and oral test - role playing as customer- rep. Most of the people got eliminated based, supposedly, on their fluency and correct accent.
1. You cannot rate someone's language level in 40 sec conversation and especially by a senior exec (non-native) that used ''he don't'' in a sentence.
2. Accent and fluency can be tested over the phone, especially when an important work tool is the phone, without requiring from people to come to an unnecessary frontal interview.
3. The HR manager presented us, twice, a certain order of tasks and tests and twice they started doing something else instead. For a company at this level is a big no-no.
