Colloquio
First was a phone interview with HR for around 15 minutes. Then another frontal interview with the team manager getting more information about the company and telling more about myself and my working experience. Then, On site test in SQL and Excel with a small data set and around 15 questions. On site interview with HR and the team Director, again tell about myself and share some events in my previous job that I had to handle and how.

Colloquio
First interview was a 15 minutes chat with HR regarding my current job and my general knowledge about Payoneer.
Second interview included HR and team leader, after a short interduction we moved to some challenges in my current job and some examples of projects or difficulties I had to deal with during my time there.
After that I had and SQL exam with around 15 questions that mostly covered pretty basic queuing commands and some data related questions.
Final Interview was with the department's director, a personal introduction and some questions about how would I behave and in all kind of differant situations.
Overall the process was very pleasant and the team was very informative and fast. They answered any question that I had and made me feel welcomed.
