Hello! I would like to leave a review of the hiring process for the Frontend Developer position at Payoneer. After successfully passing two stages of technical interviews, I was invited to a meeting in the office to talk to HR. The meeting itself began with an extremely improper question: the HR asked if I hadn't cancelled the meeting, which I consider unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. The next day, I was informed that I was not suitable for this role both in terms of technical and personal qualities. However, I still have questions about the transparency of the process. If my candidacy does not meet the technical requirements, it is unclear why I was invited to further stages. If the technical level is suitable, then how can the subjective opinion of HR influence the decision on a purely technical position? Overall, I was left with a negative impression of the final stage, the insufficient competence of the recruiter and the ineffectively spent time.

3 Rounds of interview , They have a separate team for taking interviews. 1st Round - They told me to build a web app like Whatsapp based theme with api data for different window sizes and asked few Js basic concepts 2nd Round - Frontend HLD where they asked me to design a Toast Notification system.
