HR was a little bit disorganised. They arranged a grad interview for me instead it should be an experienced hire interview. But they arranged the interview pretty quick, which was great.

Very quick and positive process. Everything was clear from the start. I was asked to provide very specific examples from my experience which is understandable given the fast hiring process - I really liked that we wrapped it up at three interviews instead of what I’ve recently experienced in different organisations of the same scale - consisted of over 5 steps sometimes.

Tell me about a metric you owned that didn’t improve?
5 stage interview, no tests, mostly with different members of the team from line workers to senior leadership. No technical tasks or presentation. Just behavioural questions. Last interview is very stress questions intense
