Standard stuff...cv and portfolio went down well, then a chat to hr, then finally a video interview with 2 distracted senior designers who threw out a few rote questions and wrapped it up in less than 15 minutes. This was 4 months ago and they are -still- actively looking to fill this position which would concern me greatly if I was a senior at Paysafe as it suggests a real lack of direction and focus re: recruitment

The process took 2weeks. Ridiculously, HR staff wasn't professional. She didn't reply back to me quickly so I mostly got her answers 2-3 days later every time so that I was in the position where I wasn't able to choose my desirable interview date. Thanks to her, I missed most remaining interview slots. Eventually, I had the interview with two designers. But it was a bit unpleasant experience. They asked me to explain my portfolio and work experience but I feel like they hadn't gone through my CV and portfolio properly. The reason why I thought was that they weren't able to answer what skillset they like from my work experience and which project among my portfolios is impressive. They just avoided answering my question and made me explain some projects which seem to be related to their company's jobs. I realised they weren't interested in my portfolio and work experience and they were just interviewing me as a part of their jobs requested by their company. Amazingly, I got the result from them 1 day later and my application wasn't successful.
