Next step is a hackerrank challenge you need to complete within 3 hours after starting. You do it any time you want, super convenient! Then there is the full loop on site. People were SUPER nice and professional! Everybody knows interview loops can be stressful for candidates, but Payscale people do their best to make you feel comfortable and respected. By far one of my best experiences! The loop takes about 6 hours, including lunch. You should expect design questions, code implementation on white board and behavioral questions. It is intense. Be prepared for that. But as I said, everybody was super nice!
