      The interview itself actually started off really positive, but the communication afterward was disappointing and honestly felt disrespectful. During the interview for a Customer Care position, I was told they were looking for reliable and consistent people. The interviewer said he liked that my answers were well answered and concise and they even offered to forward my resume internally for another role he thought I might be a better fit for and to arrange a phone interview. Another recruiter eventually called me about the second position, told me they would call me back later that day, and then never did. I tried following up by phone (all of their phone numbers had busy signals) and email and never received a response. Then shortly afterward, I received a generic rejection email. :\ The rejection itself honestly wasn’t even the issue. It was the lack of communication and follow-through after setting expectations for continued contact. Especially after emphasizing how important reliability and consistency were, while not really showing that throughout the interview process themselves!
