Two to three round interview process, one interview took place over the phone, followed by two in person interviews. In person interview were back to back one on ones. Second interview was with office in another state.

Met with 5 people, each one of them asking different areas of skills. Each one of them ended their interviews by asking puzzle type questions to assess how you think.

Give an example of the hardest customer that you have dealt with and how did you deal with the customer.
One phone interview and then 4 in-person interviews which each lasted about 45 minutes. Each interview asked one brain teaser. Process took about 3 weeks total from phone interview to decision.
