I got a call asking me to interview over Skype. It was super laid back and easy. He was very upfront and told me he liked me and I was moving on to a phone interview with the company president.

Multiple Skype interviews with the HR manager and later on with the District Manager. Also multiple phone interviews. once selected to move further you will be flown out to Dallas to do a week training and meet everyone in the home office. after which you will began field training in your designated territory.
