The interview process was average and all questions pertained to experience and time management. Quality and quantity work hand and hand. Being able to work well independently was one key factor. The ability to multi task between project was discussed.

I had a great first interview with talent acquisition who asked me pertinent information regarding my career and knew about my profession immediately and salary expectations. This typically does not occur the first time around. I received my assessment and after passing it, I spoke with who I would get to know as my supervisor and was very impressed with everyones demeanor and kindness. Everyone was very respectful and very friendly. The biggest choice why I wanted to work for this company above others is the willingness to be flexible with my hours and really hearing the needs of a new hire for the first time to see if they could accommodate.
