The recruitment process consists of submitting a CV, participating in an online interview with several interviewers, completing a translation test, and answering follow-up questions such as availability and work schedule. Then, after all this and saying I was successful in all steps, no answer whatsoever, total ghosting.

First round interview with Project Team Lead and Game Service Director.
Second round with CEO.
Follow-up translation test, 1 hour to translate roughly 2 pages of user feedback, patch notes, etc.
Was very difficult considering that I was not an experienced BDO player. Would not have been difficult if I had that background though.
