First had a teams-conversation with someone from recruitment, who then gave feedback to the storemanager for the store I applied for. They then invited me to said store. We had a conversation, and HR contacted me a couple of days after to make me an offer and explain the procedures.

Really casual process. Owner will treat you like a human being until you're hired. Once you're hired, good luck. If you like being made out to feel less than, and want to be made to feel dumb, work here!

What is something you're good at and what is something you can improve on.
Very easy and straightforward, done with franchise owner not as structured as other corporates. Fair questions asked and quick interview process, didn’t wait too long before hearing back. Overall positive experience.
