Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Pearson (Ballymoney, Northern Ireland) nel mese di mar 2017
Colloquio
Disgusted with Pearson. I applied for this position through and Agency. I ticked all the boxes and the recruiter came back to me saying that Pearson wanted to offer me an interview. I was excited and accepted. I was given a date and time, but was informed the day before the interview that Pearson had messed up and couldn't actually see me that day, but would offer me another date.
That was ok, I'm fairly easy-going and don't make an issue of things like that. But then a few days later Pearson told the recruiter that having looked further at my CV they were withdrawing the offer of an interview because they had decided that I was over-qualified. This was because I have been temping for the past few months and taking the job with them would have involved a cut in salary. I had been over this with the recruiter and assured her that I understood what I was doing but was prepared to take the cut in order to get a permanent job.
However, Pearson decided (never having met me) that I was a liar and couldn't be trusted, so they broke their own word regarding the interview they'd offered me.
Moral of the story- don't trust a word they say.
