I applied online and was sent a request to film a digital interview. The digital interview consists of 9 questions. You have 30 seconds to prepare an answer for each question, then one minute to record your response. This one-way interview felt very awkward to film and could disqualify potentially talented candidates.

The interviewer made sure I feel at ease during the process, very polite and interested to know my qualifications. Asked a lot of questions closely related to the role I applied for.
