I applied through their website and submitted a CV and a cover letter. I got an e-mail through probably a month later inviting for an interview which was scheduled in about 2 weeks. I couldn't physically attend the interview so we spoke to the hiring and the HR managers over a video conference. Both ladies were really good and were supportive throughout the interview. The interview itself was pretty long - it took roughly 1.5 hours as they asked about every single point on my CV and I had to provide evidence as we spoke. They also asked me to do some tasks like pitching the new product, etc. which they gave me some time to prepare for. The interview was pretty standard for this position and there was nothing out of the blue that I couldn't deal with. The best advice I could give is to make sure that you meet their criteria and keep calm throughout the interview as it will be long and you will have to prove that you are the best person but it's rewarding.

Think of an activity that really interests you. How would you do to make other people interested in it?

The interview overall went well. Since it was an entry level position they asked me to go down my resume and speak about the jobs I had in the past and what I liked about them.

I know someone who works here and met with her and her co-worker to discuss the company in general. She helped me get in touch with the manager for the department I had applied to online. I had a phone interview and I think it went well.
The man I spoke with asked the typical interview questions for an entry-level job and he was easy to talk to. We even had a nice conversation about something unrelated to the job. I was asked if I would like to come in the next week to discuss further. Despite the reviews I've seen on Glassdoor, I said yes as I would love to work for a publishing company like Pearson. Plus I like the higher education industry. I was told I'd receive details via email on the weekend (my interview was mid-week).
I have yet to hear back, despite thanking the interviewer and following up twice. I understand not receiving a response for every application sent out, but since I spoke to someone directly and I was under the impression I had an in-person interview scheduled, I'm extremely disappointed I received no response, regardless of the outcome. So, I guess no offer.

I was asked about my experience from my resume, so the interviewer was well-prepared.

I submitted by Cover Letter and Resume at the end of November. A week later I set up a phone interview, that later turned into 3 phone interviews with 3 different people spread over 2 days. Each phone interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. It was odd since they seemed to all work remotely and one of the people interviewing me had to stop mid-way since her dog was barking; found it a tad unprofessional. I sent my follow-up thank you emails to each one, but I never heard back (from any of them).

Standard interview questions. I was asked to let them know who the "real me" is, and so they asked my favorite movie..
