I interviewed for the company and met with senior management on first round. Was barely an interview except for them rambling on and on about company culture and how they don't try hard. It was a very odd experience and I was told I was going to meet with VPs within the next few days. While receiving an offer, I reached out to them to see if they were interested in scheduling the 2nd round sooner. Recruiter replied they would right away. 3 weeks later, I get a call from the recruiter that they lowered the budget on the position. Red flags here all around.
