Be very patient. Interviewing can take many months. I have had 8+ interviews and no result yet. Very long and thorough interviews. Tough questions. They will walk through your resume even college based questions. They will ask past salary and breakdown of salary, commission etc.

took a few weeks. There was an initial phone interview, screener that was easy, then followed by a second interview with the regional manager and then finally a third interview with the CEO of the company
