*passive candidate - I received an email reach out through Indeed, saying something along the lines of, my profile fits the role, etc.; was asked to send over my resume via email; after a few days, received an invitation to connect with the recruiter (initial interview)
- questions were easy; was asked why I'm applying for the role when in fact they're the ones who tapped me. Should have bothered to accurately check my source.
- 2nd interview should have been with their manager however when I responded my available times, I have never heard back. No calls/email.
**complete waste of time. If you pride yourself with recruiting top talents, ensure that you provide a good candidate experience. I have never had an experience wherein you got tapped to interview but then got ghosted when you provide your times to connect?
