The hiring process was well-structured and engaging. It began with an HR interview, which was very pleasant and focused on providing an overview of the company, its culture, and the role's expectations. This was followed by a technical interview with the development team, where I was asked to complete a technical assignment to demonstrate my problem-solving skills and technical expertise. The next stage involved an interview with the development management team, which included both discussions about the project scope and my role in the team, as well as logic-based questions to assess my critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Overall, the process was thorough and offered a good insight into the company's expectations and values.

I got this interview because of a referral. They reached out to me via email and later called to set up an interview. Instead of 3 different rounds(including on-site), there was a single 2 and half hour video interview. I would say I did well( not saying I nailed it.) My only problem with the interview process is, I have interviewed at Pearson 2 months back and I still don't know my result. I have wrote 2-3 mails after the interview regarding my result but they didn't even bother to write back. I felt the whole process after the interview was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I mean, it is already hard enough to get your resume shortlisted for an interview but now we also have to worry about not getting a reply after the interview.
