One interview with two managers; one was not even from the department hiring. First was asked to do a literacy test-answer a complaint letter, then asked 12 questions. I was told I would be contacted by the next week but they didn't call until two weeks later-this is after the hiring manager emailed a second time giving us a new date and then still not calling until two more days after and then I was asked about my visa status and told if the visa question was settled,they are going to move forward with the hiring process. The HR rep called two days later and said it was a tough decision but decided to go with a candidate who has more relevant experience.
