The interview process was as you would expect, there wasn’t too many call backs, just an application online, followed by a two stage interview
. They do ask you to complete a task such as respond to a complaint to see your writing ability maybe. Otherwise no negatives.

It consisted of 45 minutes of test based on maths (percentages) and English. Assessing past exam paper in terms of gramma and sentence structure. Later 30 minutes interview with two senior staff.
