I had a great conversation with the recruiter and then an hour meeting with the hiring manager. The people I met were incredibly kind. Unfortunately the thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was getting ghosted. I reached out to the recruiter several times and finally “got the message”. It would be nice to send a respond simply letting me know I wouldn’t be moving forward. I realize this takes a few minutes out of your day, but it’s appreciated.

HR Phone interview and then had interview with team and manager. Felt very unorganized and unprofessional, particularly when HR representative doesn't answer phone calls or show up for scheduled meetings.
