There was an initial phone interview with someone from HR that lasted about 30 minutes. Afterwards, I went onsite for a follow-up interview with the team lead that I would be working for. The turnaround time seemed quite slow for the HR department. Everyone else was responsive and wanted new hires on the team quickly. Overall, the experience was not bad, just slow.
