Interviewing with Pearson was a pleasant process. First, I was screened by Human Resources over the phone who asked about salary requirements. I then met with the hiring manager, and his supervisor. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I was offered the job and took it with very little or no negotiations. Salary negotiations were "take it or leave it".
