I had a first interview at the location where I would work. I had a second interview at a location 50 miles away from the store where I would be working. The interviewer was cold, wearing a corset, a horrendous amount of make up, and a skin tight skirt with a slit in the back that, should she bend over, would have shown you all her business. The interviewer made transphobic remarks during the interview process. I should've known better than to accept the job offer.

The manager was very polite and she asked work related questions and we talked about all of the policies and requirements. Then after this there was a phone interview with the district manager and both times were very easy.

This is a big thing that they look for right away. Be dressed professionally, friendly, smiling, and show that you have what it takes to drive sales and be an effective manager.
