Met with Senior VP at local Starbucks. I was very impressed with the professional and fun attitude that the company portrays on their website. Sent a follow up thank you e-mail and never heard back from anyone. I understand that there are many applicants to jobs and responding to everyone is quite difficult. However I was somewhat disappointed that a response was not received with a one to one interview, even if you're not chosen.
